Given his track season--9:13 in the 3200--I'd say Alex Scales (15:59) deserves to be on this list.

Hadn't Schroeder run 15:30 at Clovis? I'd move him up

It's a double edged sword. Phanse and Schroeder are sub 9:20 (over Bennett's 9:23) whereas Bennett easily beats both in the 1600.

Denner sisters to the top of the list!

You guys know these lists aren't rankings right? They are just the top returning times from last year's state meet.

Coaches, how are you replacing Stanford in your schedule this year? Is there a way to get the same teams to go to another race that same weekend so we can replicate the early competition that makes all our teams better? Thoughts on how to coordinate this year, and likely for the future, as Stanford is probably not coming back?

It looks like we won't replace it at Bellarmine. I know there are coaches in the area who would like a NorCal meet that would replicate what Stanford offered--flat course on grass with 6 competitive divisions, top individuals, top programs from out of the area and out of the State, too fast first mile like at States--but unfortunately I don't think that will happen. For us, one out of the area trip before the postseason is enough, and Mt. SAC fits well into our existing schedule, otherwise we'd search for something out of the area on that weekend. Ram Invite is a great meet--especially from a coaches/spectators' perspective--on that same day.

Patrick, what about the Pacific Tiger meet in Stockton? Not really out of the area in the respect that you can go up and back in the same day (like the early bird and other Toro meets)?
