Grijalva has opted out of the meet according to the NXN official site. Liam Anderson will go instead.

Are these runners that were invited or accepted? I talked to Luis yesterday and he spoke of wanting to do Foot Locker. Of course, once the invite from NXN came down, her certainly could have changed his mind.
The top 5 runners in CA are automatically into NXN unless they choose to go the Footlocker route. It sounds like Luis has chosen to race at Footlocker and will not be racing at NXN.
Where can we find a start list for the Footlocker seeded race Saturday?
I am assuming registration is not closed yet so those names won't be posted until later this week.
