Girl's 1,600 Bowen will go under 5:00
Boy's 3,200 Vernau will go under 9:00
Boy's DMR Bellarmine will go under 10:25

If the weather is good, I see these marks going down.

Is my mind playing tricks ...I don't see Bowen listed in the 1600.

It looks like Sonoma Academy will have some representation, but that Bowen is not listed as running.I also wonder if Davis is taking it easy with Fiona O'Keeffe or is she is still recovering from injury since she is a sub 4:50 miler but who has not competed (to my knowledge) since NXN. Such an incredible talent, hoping to see her running injury free in the near future.

May as well cancel the meet if that's the case

SMB had on their schedule the Dan Gabor invite. They didn't show there. They also scheduled the Dublin Distance. No one is listed from SMB on the heat sheet. Anyone knows where they will be running this weekend?

We finally have some track weather this week. How has El Nino been treating SoCal?

I don't think Southern California has been hit with the same type of rain we have seen here. Thankfully, it will be dry the rest of this week.

She's back! Some results from the Delta League Meet between Davis, Elk Grove and Franklin. Fiona O'Keefe looks to be back with a 4:56 1,600 and doubles back with a 10:43 in an uncontested 3,200, just a second over the Dublin Distance Fiesta record. Additionally, Fiona's sister Olivia went under 5 in the 1,600 with a 4:59, followed by section cross country champion Sofia Castiglioni who just missed the sub 5 mark with a 5:00.91. Also of note was Michael Vernau soloing to a 9:07 win in the 3,200.
