What's the Girl's CCS record for 3200?
I think Cate Ratliff of Santa Cruz could challenge it whatever it is.

The current CCS record for 3200 is Cory Shubert's (Del Mar) 10:04.2 from 1983. Cate Ratliff ran 10:25.92 last year at the California state meet. Cate was much improved during cross country this past season but we will have to see what she runs early on in the season to see if she has a legit shot at the CCS record.

I heard from a fellow coach that Darius Carbin might be getting some help from Jeff Rogers who coaches here in the area. If its true I thought it was pretty cool that the current record holder would be helping Darius break his record.

I would not be surprised if that is actually true. Jeff is a great guy and coach.
