The results for the farmer's invitational JV and Varsity boys 3-mile races are not correct.

@ 10:19 a.m.: For JV it says 20:00 or 20:01 for all of them, but how is the varsity not correct?

The original results posted for the Lowell Invite were missing a runner; corrected results have been reposted on recordtiming.com

@10:30am. In the Varsity race, I believe the top 4 runners did not actually race, and their results are perhaps from a different race. Also, the time is off for the rest of the runners; it's about 15 seconds too slow.
There were many problems with timing at the invitational, as they did not use chips. However, most of these problems have been corrected in other races.

Woodbridge CC Classic? Several CCS teams ran last night in LA.

@10:57 AM: in which race at Lowell was a runner missing? did it change any results?

Farmer invite results are extremely incorrect...

In the photo, it is clear who finished and in what order. Egley,Mackey,THEN Zach Schmidt, who is listed as 35th, then Reckers,Connolly, Glavin, and Bagga.

Did anyone come in before Egley?

A picture is worth a thousand words...

^ The above anon *(1:42pm) has the correct order of finish for Farmers. Egley was the first finisher.

Wasn't Hansel supposed to run Woodbridge?

@Andrew Las Lomas was at Lowell. Hansel did not run. Las Lomas V Girls finished their Div race(VarG1) in 2nd, without her. Would have won with her, and had 2nd place finish over all (both races) over SRV who finished 2nd in the VarG2 race.

Right, saw that. But there was this link two weeks ago as well. I guess things changed.

Much other weirdness going on in NCS...almost no one has run a full lineup yet. And those who do are running very well.

what's up with campo leader brighie leach? I notice she didn't run ed sias or nike invite

In VB2, BCP runner Ryan Menees ran 15:47 in 18th place, so he would been 5th man for the second BCP Varsity team. He is in the results on recordtiming now.

looks as though they fixed the Farmer results

Last year, St. Joe's top runners participated in both the Ed
Sias and Farmer Invitationals and did extremely well and ended up as the D5 state chamions. This year, they're ranked as the top NCS D5 team yet again. However, their
top runners did not run as a team in these invitationals.
I wonder why.

I hope they will race at the Stanford Invitational.

Reply to 8:23 PM, because two of SJND's senior boys were taking a test on the day of the Ed Sias race, and because a lot of the boys' squad are Frosh or Soph, the runners were shuffled around to field a full Frosh-Soph team. The girls ran in their expected races, I think, and did great I must say.
Barring complications their boys' lineup at Stanford will probably be as expected, and run well.

Nils said...

Oh, and SJND varsity don't go to Farmer, only JV and FS. I think it's to avoid overdoing it a week before Stanford.

Is there some where to find the top 10 to 20 times for the Newhall Park course? I have had not luck.

Rylee Bowen's 17:49 at Hayward would put her at #4 Division 5 all-time if run at NCS. Not bad for a early season race by a frosh (basically running solo at Farmer).

Good for Rylee Bowen @ Hayward! Always exciting to see a new rising star.

and @Anonymous 11:35AM why the snide comment? All these kids are doing great, from all of these schools, no need to dis a team.

Well said. In xc, only 2 meets matter. Section and State. Everything else is a practice.
