It has been such a pleasure to watch you compete these last four years, but especially 2009. To me, you epitomize the student-athlete; an intelligent, considerate young man and excellent runner. Thanks for the memories.

Another fine year for you here in the North Coast and Nationally. I wish you the best in the future. (It would be lovely to hear a bit of an accent from you in four years.)
